Renty360 starts from a different place. Most landlords in Kenya — and across East Africa — manage their properties with a phone, a notebook, and a mental ledger of who owes what. They need M-Pesa-first rent collection. They need SMS reminders, not push notifications. They need a system simple enough to start using on Tuesday and useful enough to still be using next year.

That's what we're building.
